ASSORTMENT OF PINS

Pins for the different forms of early bowling came in a variety of shapes and sizes. The thin pin in the middle bears a striking resemblance to the skittles pins seen in 17^th-century Dutch artist Jan Steen’s oil painting Skittle Players outside an Inn.
