ELEVEN-IN-A-ROW
Date: 1950s
To become a member of the Eleven-in-a-Row Club, a bowler must roll 11 consecutive strikes in one game. The achievement, one pin short of a perfect game, was recognized by the American Bowling Congress with metal achievement cards. In 2012, the United States Bowling Congress began awarding laser-engraved crystal trophies for the achievement.
