NIXON IN THE WHITE HOUSE LANES

President Richard Nixon approached the foul line on a White House bowling alley. By the time Nixon was inaugurated, the White House bowling alley had been moved to the Old Executive Office Building. At the start of his presidency, he was gifted a new lane under the North Portico of the White House. Nixon was an avid bowler, and the gift saved him the walk before his games.
