VILLAGE BOWLING SCENE
Date: ca. 1910s
J.W. Remy manufactured stoneware for over a century beginning in the 1860s, and the company began exporting their steins to the United States by 1900. This full-color folksy stein could have been on Macy’s shelves, bringing a bit of German bowling lore to the homes of American bowlers.
