A MASTER AT WORK
Date: December 1957
Marion Ladewig drew acclaim as the “greatest woman bowler of all time,” and was an ardent supporter of women’s bowling on an institutional level. At the 1957 World’s Invitational Match Game Tournament in Chicago, Illinois, Ladewig took home the world title. Perhaps knowing that a champion was at work, Brunswick took photos of her form to provide a step-by-step guide. From the approach to the release, Marion Ladewig was one to copy.
